Per the Scrum Alliance® cancellation policy for training partners, trainers and organization admins are not able to adjust the start date for a course; it will only be editable within two (2) hours after it's created. If you would like to change the start date for a course, it will need to be duplicated and then deleted.
To duplicate the course, please do the following:
- Log into your dashboard
- Select the Courses tab in the lefthand menu
- Choose the course and select the "thee dot icon", then Duplicate
- Update the start date of the course
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Publish
To remove the original course listing:
- Go back to the Courses tab in the lefthand menu
- Choose the course and select the "thee dot icon", then Cancel course
- Select a reason for cancellation, then Yes, delete course
Please note that courses that are deleted more than 30 days prior to the original start date will not be in violation of the cancellation policy, and therefore, won't be included as part of the tracking for compliance.
