As a Scrum Alliance trainer or partner, you can bundle up to four of your currently scheduled courses in a single listing. Bundles will display on the Scrum Alliance course search page as "Course Bundle", along with the listing of all courses contained within the bundle. Classes included in the bundle will also display as separate listings.
Please note this only applies to instructor-led, Scrum Alliance courses; on-demand microcredential courses or non-Scrum Alliance products cannot be included as part of a bundle. Before creating a bundle, please ensure you've already listed all the courses you want to include.
How to create a course bundle
To create a course bundle:
- Log into your Scrum Alliance Dashboard
- Select Courses in the lefthand menu
- In the "My courses" section, select the + Add Course button
- Select an organization, then Next (Note: Courses scheduled under different organizations cannot be included in the same bundle.)
- Select + Create a course bundle option in the righthand corner of your approved courses
- Enter a registration URL for the course bundle (Note: Multiple registration URLs cannot be used, and courses with no Registration URL will not be displayed on the Course Search page.)
- Write a short introduction with highlights about your course bundle. This introduction appears at the top of the details page for the course bundle listing.
- Select 2-4 courses to include in the bundle from the list of eligible courses. Public courses added will also be listed separately in course search, but private courses will not.

General questions
Does a course bundle listing require any dates to be entered? How do the single courses' dates affect the bundle listing?
Course bundles do not require dates to be inputted. The dates will be derived using the earliest course start date and the latest course end date.
How does registration work on the user's end? What should be used as the Registration URL for the course bundle listing?
Similarly to a course listing, there will be a single Register button that will direct the user to the URL that you enter. The registration URL should have information about the bundle offer and allow the user to register for it. Users will also be able to view the individual course listings associated with the bundle.
How do student activations or uploads work with a course bundle?
You'll need to add the student(s) to each individual course that is included as part of the bundle. You won't be able to add them to the bundle listing for them to be uploaded in all the designated courses.
What happens if a course is cancelled that is part of the bundle?
If the bundle still meets the minimum number of courses (2), then it will continue to be listed with the cancelled course no longer shown. If you attempt to delete a course that is part of a bundle with only two classes, you'll receive an error message.
How long will the course bundle be listed on the Scrum Alliance site?
The course bundle will remain listed on the Scrum Alliance course search page until the start date of the earliest course in the bundle passes. At that time, the bundle will no longer be available for registration on the Scrum Alliance website.
