As a Scrum Alliance® training partner, you're able to review activated students for a course to see if they've logged into their account, passed the CSM® test, etc. For information on viewing and editing students, please see: How to update a student's name or email address
Below are the meanings for the different student statuses on the roster page:
- Never Logged In: The student has not logged into their account, and therefore, has not fully earned their certification. If you would like to send a new welcome email to the student, select Resend email next to their email address.
- Pre-License: The student has logged into their account (or had an existing account), but has not yet accepted the license agreement for their credential. The student must accept their license agreement before fully earning their credential or receiving access to the CSM test.
- Awaiting test: This status only applies to students activated for a CSM course. This means the student has accepted their license agreement, but has not yet passed the CSM test to fully earn their certification.
- Active: The student has fully earned their credential and no further action is required on their account
- Activating...: The student is in the process of being activated, and therefore, has not yet received their Scrum Alliance account. If you refresh the page and notice the "Activating..." for more than several minutes, please contact our support team for us to investigate the issue.
If you're a Scrum Alliance trainer and would like to receive a report of all your students who have not yet passed the CSM test, please see: How to download reports as a CST® or CSAT™
