There could be a few reasons why you're unable to save your course as a Scrum Alliance trainer or training partner. You can find some of the most common error messages on how to fix them below:
- Content too long: If your course description contains images, please ensure you're not copying and pasting content directly into the editor. We recommend adding images via HTML into the source code. For example, you can use something like:
<img src="Add image url here" alt="Add your alt text here" width="400" height="341">
- Course conflict errors: You may receive an error if your course overlaps during the same date and time as another scheduled course under you as the trainer. Please see this article for more information on how to schedule overlapping courses: How to schedule courses with overlapping dates
- Insufficient course hours: All Scrum Alliance certification courses must have at least 16 hours (unless otherwise stated for specific credentials). Please ensure the you've entered the number of days and hours correctly in these fields.
- Early discount price errors: Any Early Bird discount must end at least 14 days before the course start date. Additionally, the discount value must be at least five (5%) of the price of the course.
- Invalid or non-functional links: Scrum Alliance uses a link checker to help prevent invalid or non-functional links from being entered in course descriptions. If you receive an error message to check your links, but can confirm they're working as expected, you can select the Continue with links option to continue publishing the course. This link checker should not prevent you from creating a course listing.
