If you're unable to locate your course listing on Course Search after publishing it, you can try these troubleshooting tips to make it visible:
- Check selected filters: While on the Course Search page, check the filters you've selected to ensure they're aligned with what was entered for the class's details (e.g. start date, country, credential type).
- No registration URL: If a course is missing the Registration URL, it won't appear in the search results until one is entered.

Ensure it isn't private: Check to make sure the course wasn't accidentally created as private. If your course was created as private, you'll need to recreate the course listing
- Please note that if you created the course under your "Trainer [NAME]" organization, it will have automatically been created as a private course.
- Keep your certification active: Ensure you've renewed your trainer and Licensed Training Partner (LTP) agreement and/or are up-to-date with annual payments.
