What is the Licensed Training Partner (LTP) Program?
The Scrum Alliance Licensed Training Partner (LTP) program is the official pathway for training partners to deliver authorized Scrum Alliance courses. This globally recognized program validates partners who meet high standards for quality, credibility, and learner experience, providing them with the tools to expand their reach and scale agile capability development.
LTP Program Tiers
The program offers three flexible tiers to accommodate different business models. All tiers include commercial rights to offer certification and microcredential courses, as well as access to official Scrum Alliance materials and the Affiliate Program. All prices listed in USD.
Professional LTP ($2,000 fee): A streamlined option designed for individual Certified Scrum Alliance Trainers (CSATs) and Certified Scrum Trainers (CSTs) who focus on delivering private courses to local markets.
Business LTP ($5,000 fee): A growth-oriented tier for organizations aiming to reach broader audiences. It grants rights to run both public and private courses, alongside added visibility features like Training Partner Directory listings, Course Search listings, and LMS integration.
Enterprise LTP ($7,000 fee): A strategic partnership for large-scale organizations. It includes all Business tier benefits plus advanced support, volume-based discounts, quarterly business reviews, and featured marketing launches.

Commercial & Delivery Rights: Sell standalone exam vouchers, bundle exam vouchers with courses, and deliver on-demand course hosting (Business & Enterprise).
Discovery & Visibility: Receive eligible enterprise leads from Scrum Alliance and feature a dedicated Training Partner Profile Page (Business & Enterprise).
Platform & Operations: Access customized API options, performance dashboards, and early access to new offerings.
How to Qualify
To ensure a high-quality learner experience, all LTPs must adhere to strict brand guidelines and quality standards:
Professional Tier: Applicants must meet the standard prerequisites and standards to become a Scrum Alliance CST or CSAT.

Business and Enterprise Tiers:
Be a legally registered business entity for a minimum of two years.
Exclusively use Scrum Alliance-approved or licensed course content.
Ensure all instructors hold active, relevant certifications in good standing and have passed necessary teaching requirements.
Be capable of delivering live instruction (in-person or virtually) if applicable to the course.
Maintain a documented customer issue-resolution process.
