Scrum Alliance uses BadgeCert™ as its official digital badge provider, but you can download your badge from BadgeCert and manually upload it to your Credly® profile. Here are the steps to do this:
1. Download your badge from BadgeCert
- Log into your BadgeCert account and select Badge Portfolio.
- Hover over the badge and select the "eye" icon.
- In the window that pops up, select the link that says OPEN BADGE.
- This will download your badge details as an OpenBadge 2.0 compatible PNG file.
2. Upload your badge to Credly
- Navigate to your Credly account and log in.
- Locate the option in your badge wallet that says "+ Upload Other Badges".
- Select that option and upload the PNG file you just downloaded.
- You should now see the badge in your Credly account.
