Updating your name on BadgeCert
The BadgeCert website will not allow you to manually edit the name associated with your digital badge account. If your name needs to be updated, please contact the Scrum Alliance support team.
Updating your company, email address, phone number, password, and other account information on BadgeCert
- Log into your BadgeCert account
- Select Profile in the lefthand menu
- Next to Personal Information, select the "pencil" or edit icon
- Enter the information you wish to update
- Next to Personal Information, select the "save" icon
