You can verify an individual's earned certification by locating them in our Member Search. Please note that the only information you'll be able to access is their name, profile, earned certification(s), and active/inactive status.
If you're an employer or verification company that needs to confirm specific information about an individual's earned certification(s) (e.g. issuance date, expiration date, disciplinary actions, etc.), please send an email to support@scrumalliance.org, and we would be happy to assist with providing verification information about the candidate.
Please note that we do require a letter of consent/release of information (physical or e-signature) in order to provide any requested information.
