If you would like to purchase multiple on-demand microcredential courses for your team or others, you can purchase them directly on the Scrum Alliance website and choose who to provide access to. This will create a Scrum Alliance account for the user where they’ll access their courses.
Please note this only applies to the on-demand version of the microcredential course. If you prefer live, face-to-face learning, you’ll need to contact the listed training partner to inquire about group purchasing.
How to purchase multiple on-demand courses for others
- Explore the microcredential page and filter by on-demand courses
- Select Learn more → for a course you would like to purchase
- Select the quantity of courses you would like to purchase, then Add to Cart
- When you’re ready to checkout, select the “cart” icon in upper righthand corner
- For a course to be allocated to a single individual, select the “I’m purchasing this course for someone else” checkbox in the gray footer at the bottom of the cart item
- If purchasing the same course for more than one person, ensure the quantity is correct
- Once you’re ready, select the blue Checkout button
- Note: Ensure you’re logged into your Scrum Alliance account if you’re an active member to receive discounted pricing
- Complete the payment form’
How to assign courses to users after purchase:
- Log in to your Dashboard
- Select the Course Allocation tab
- Choose your method to register the students:
- Manual: Input the email addresses of your team members directly.
- Bulk Upload: Click Download CSV Template, fill in your team's details, and upload the file to import everyone at once.
Once assigned, each recipient will receive an automated email invitation to access the course.
How to track students’ course progress
In your Course Allocation tab, you will see a Student Progress table. This provides a real-time view of:
- Name: Who the seat is assigned to.
- Acceptance Status: Whether they have claimed their seat by selecting “accept”.
- Course Status: Whether the course is currently in “completed” or “incomplete” status.
How to change or revoke a student's course
If the student has not yet accepted the course, you can revoke the seat:
- Locate the user in your table and select the "three dots" menu.
- Select Unallocate and confirm. The seat will then be added back to your unassigned seats for future use.
Please note that if the student has already accepted the course, you can no longer revoke it.
How to resend the course invitation email
You can trigger a new invitation email to be sent to a student at any time:
- Locate the student in your list.
- Select the "three dots" menu and choose Resend Email.
