Whenever you complete a microcredential course, the microcredential will be added to your Scrum Alliance® account. You'll also receive a digital badge to share on your LinkedIn and Scrum Education Units® (SEUs®) equivalent to the number of hours for the course that will go toward renewing your Scrum Alliance certifications.
If you're a new member and haven’t previously earned a Scrum Alliance certification or microcredential, you'll also receive a two-year membership with Scrum Alliance when you register for any microcredential course. This membership entitles you to discounts to Global and Regional Scrum Gatherings®, access to the Comparative Agility improvement platform, and more.
If you're already an active member with Scrum Alliance, your membership will not be extended or renewed as a result of completing a microcredential course. However, you will be able to purchase additional on-demand microcredential courses at a discounted rate.
