What is the goal of the TTT Subject Matter Expert (SME) team?
The TTT program will focus on delivery skills and SAI course materials, validating and enabling trainers to deliver SAI courses within a closed ecosystem. The project will be moving quickly, so if you’re interested, please apply by January 28, 2026.
What specific expertise are you looking for?
We are looking for a diverse group of experts, specifically:
- Existing Scrum Alliance Trainers: CSTs and CSATs wishing to jumpstart enablement of high-quality trainer validation.
- Educational Experts: Individuals with a background in university learning, higher education, curriculum design, and adult education.
- Regional Specialists: Experts in multicultural and crosscultural learning who can help us adapt content and delivery.
What is the expected time commitment?
Selected SMEs will begin their work with a formal kick-off in February 2026. The primary development phase will run through Q2. SMEs should expect to participate in regular working sessions and review cycles leading up to the initial pilot.
Will SMEs be involved in training the pilot?
The initial focus for SMEs is to help inform the development and validation of the TTT course materials. However, there may be opportunities for certain experts to assist in observing or facilitating the initial pilot and the Q2 Virtual Beta course.
How are SMEs selected?
Selection begins on February 5, 2026. Applications will be “blind” reviewed by our internal stakeholder team, assessing relevant experience in training, curriculum creation, and fluency with the Scrum Alliance Learning Objectives (LOs).
What are the requirements to apply?
CSTs and CSATs should have a deep understanding of scrum and agile principles as well as adult education theory. Experience in designing training materials and/or a commitment to high-engagement facilitation is strongly preferred.
