How can I receive a paid invoice or receipt after renewing my certification?

To download a copy of an invoice for your recent renewal purchase, please do the following:

1. Log in to your Dashboard
2. Select Benefits from the navigation bar on the left
3. Select Payment History and Invoices in the More… section
4. Find the transaction in question and select Download Invoice

The invoice will be available in .pdf format. If the invoice requires any changes or updates, please contact support@scrumalliance.org, and we'll happily assist you.
