If you’ve submitted your Scrum Education Units (SEUs®) and are experiencing issues on the payment screen when attempting to renew your certification, these are some troubleshooting steps we should start with:
- Some companies use a firewall that can affect the Scrum Alliance dashboard and renewal system. If you’re using a company computer or are on a company network, please try accessing the site from a home computer.
- Please ensure you have JavaScript enabled.
- Disable any Virtual Private Network (VPN) that might be running.
- Attempt to access your Scrum Alliance dashboard from a "Private" or "Incognito" web browser
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies, log out, and back in again.
