Scrum Alliance® trainers and training partners operate as independent businesses, so they're responsible for creating and managing all aspects of their courses. This includes course registrations, payments, scheduling, and cancellations. Payment for your certification course, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), would've been accepted by the trainer or training partner delivering the course, so Scrum Alliance is unable to refund, reschedule, or cancel your registration.
Therefore, you'll need to contact the training partner directly for any assistance with rescheduling, cancellations, or classroom retake requests. Please be aware that any rescheduling or refund requests will be at the discretion of the training partner offering the course.
