Updating your email address
If you’d like to change your email address or make any other changes to your profile, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your dashboard
- Select My profile from the navigation bar on the left
- Next to Contact information, select the Edit button
- Scroll down to the Email address section
- Enter your new information and select Save at the bottom
If you've lost access to an email address
If you no longer have access to the email address that was registered with your Scrum Alliance® account, you can use the username that was generated when it was created. In any case, our support team is happy to update your email address. To better assist you, please provide the following information when you submit a request:
- Any previous email address that may have been used for your account
- Any of the following information to validate your account
- Your certificant ID number
- The classroom dates and trainer's name when you completed the course
- The email address you would like to use for your account going forward
From there, our support team will update your account's email address and send you a separate email containing a password reset link, so you can re-access your account.
