Your article should address the following user story:
As someone exploring scrum, agile, or other information related to my career goals, I want credible, expert-driven content on {content topic}, so I can deepen my understanding without relying on online resources that lack authority and expertise.
Requirements
- Before submitting your content, please make sure it meets the following criteria:
- Between 750-1,500 words
- Is not written in first person Educational in nature
- Does not promote services, events, initiatives, or individuals/businesses
- You are an authority on the topic, or the article describes your personal experience
- Terminology is clear and accessible to a general audience
- The article/content piece is not posted/replicated on your website or elsewhere. Please note that Scrum Alliance only accepts articles that will be exclusively available on scrumalliance.org.
- Includes headings and subtitles to break up large chunks of text and to divide the piece into easy-to-understand sections
- Any links you include go to relevant, educational pages that help the reader's understanding
- Links to promote your own services or business are not included
Process
- Submit your article via the Scrum Alliance Content Submission form
- Include a link to your article in Google Docs
- The content marketing team will review and edit your content as soon as possible.
- We'll first take a high-level look at the piece to make sure it serves the Resource Library audience and is a topic we want to include
- If we decide to publish your piece, we will edit for readability, clarity, and brand style using track changes so you can see our suggestions
- We will edit the piece to conform to our brand style guide, including treating common scrum terms as lower-cased general nouns
- We will add links to our other content pieces from the Resource Library in your article
- We will add a closing CTA paragraph that links to one of our most relevant products or services
Once we've completed our review of your article, we'll reach out by email to guide you through the next steps.
