Scrum Alliance can assist you with the visa process by providing a letter confirming your attendance at the Global Scrum Gathering. Please note that for the Global Scrum Gathering Vancouver 2026 event, we're only able to share the visa letter after you've successfully registered for the event; we're unable to provide it beforehand due to Canada's visa policies.
During registration, you'll be asked to opt in for us to share your information with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). If you didn't provide consent during registration, we'll need to explicitly ask if it's permissible to share your information. Once we've received your request and confirmed your consent, please allow five to ten business days for us to provide the letter.
