Scrum Alliance® Registered Education Allies (REAs) are third-party organizations who provide marketing and logistical support for Scrum Alliance-approved trainers. These include Scrum Alliance certification courses such as CSM® or CSPO®.
Scrum Alliance evaluates and approves REA candidates based on the following to ensure an excellent student experience:
- An endorsement from at least one Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) or Certified Scrum Alliance Trainer (CSAT)
- Customer service and support practices
- Quality marketing practices
- Ethics and issue resolution practices
Training providers or organizations that wish to sell and/or promote certification courses taught by our CSTs must first be approved as an REA. For more information about the program and application process, please visit our REA information page.
