To download a copy of an invoice for your recent renewal payment, please do the following:
- Log into your Scrum Alliance account here: https://www.scrumalliance.org/login
- Click "Hello, [Your Name]" in the upper-righthand corner
- Select "My Dashboard"
- Click the “My Benefits” Section from the menu on the left side of the screen
- Click on "Payment History and Invoices" at the bottom left-hand corner of this page, under “More”
- Find the transaction that you would like an invoice for
- Click "Download Invoice"
The invoice will be available in .pdf format. If the invoice requires any additional changes, please let us know and we would be more than happy to update it.
