Scrum Alliance® certification courses are offered independently by our Certified Scrum Trainers® (CSTs®) and authorized training providers. As they handle their own course registrations, you will need to contact the instructor or training provider that you signed up with in order to inquire about a cancellation or rescheduling request.
You may refer to our Organization Directory to find a list of all of our training providers or Course Search page to find the class that you signed up for if you need to find the contact information for your course provider in order to request a course cancellation or rescheduling request. Please note that rescheduling and refunds are at the discretion of the training provider offering the course.
