Our Certified Scrum Trainers (CSTs®) and Registered Education Providers (REPs®) work as independent contractors and course providers who handle their own registration payments. Moreover, you may contact them directly about course rescheduling or cancellation requests.
Scrum Alliance does not have access to registration information for students who signed up for a course with one of our CSTs or REPs. You must contact the trainer or training provider directly for assistance with these types of requests.
You can find contact information and the training provider's website for the class that you registered for by using our Course Search page and clicking the black course title. You may have also received an automatic email from the training provider confirming that you're taking the course with. We also encourage you to review the training provider's website for more information about their own cancellation and rescheduling policies.
