If you have two certification accounts with Scrum Alliance®, a support team representative will be more than happy to assist you with combining your two profiles. Once your accounts have been merged, you will be able to access all of your certifications from one account.
Please provide the following information for each account when submitting your merge request:
- The email address and/or certificant ID associated with each of your Scrum Alliance accounts
- The email address you would like to use with your account going forward
Once you've gathered this information, please send your merge request to support@scrumalliance.org. We will confirm with you once your two accounts have been successfully combined.
