If you have two accounts with Scrum Alliance®, our support team is happy to assist you with combining your profiles. Once your accounts have been merged, you'll be able to access all of your certifications from one account.
Please provide the following information for each account when submitting your merge request:
- The email address and/or certificant ID associated with each of your Scrum Alliance accounts
- The email address you would like to use with your account going forward
From there, please send your merge request to our support team. We'll confirm with you once your two accounts have been successfully combined along with your up-to-date login credentials.
