If you've entered the required amount of SEUs to renew your certification(s), but still receive an "Insufficient SEUs" message when proceeding with your renewal payment, please refer to these tips:
- Check for any SEUs that have a status marked as "Unavailable". Your SEUs must have a Start On date within your renewal period (two years prior to your certification's expiration date). For example, if you have a certification that expires on February 13th, 2019, the SEU must have a Start On date between February 13th, 2017 through February 13th, 2019.
- Ensure your SEUs do not have a status marked as "Incomplete". This indicates that you have not completed all of the required fields in red for your SEU submission to be reviewed.
- Note that SEUs in a red box outline have already been used for a previous renewal and cannot be used again for your current renewal dues.
If you're renewing your certification past its expiration date within the three-month grace period, please note that your SEUs must still have a Start On date within you renewal period; they cannot be past your current expiration date.
