If you've entered the required amount of SEUs® to renew your certification(s), but still receive an "Insufficient SEUs" message when proceeding with your renewal payment, please check to see if they were accepted by doing the following:
- Log into your Dashboard
- Select Renewal in the left menu
- Scroll down to the My SEU log section and select Add SEUs
- Scroll down to the Unavailable SEUs section
If you're renewing your certification past its expiration date within the three-month grace period, please note that your SEUs must still have an activity date within your renewal period; they cannot be past your current expiration date. Additionally, SEUs may not be applied again if they were used with a previous renewal.
