Please follow the guidelines below when taking the test to ensure a seamless experience:
- Only access the exam from one computer and one browser
- Ensure you have a consistent internet connection for the 60-minute test
- Be aware that Internet Explorer is not a supported browser; you will need to use Safari, Firefox, Chrome, or Microsoft Edge
- You should refrain from using your browser’s navigation buttons while in the test, as this can prematurely end your session
- If you’re unable to connect to the testing site, try a different ISP, turn off your VPN, or disable plug-ins that may be impacting access
- Use the Close Testing Site button in the top right-hand corner when leaving the testing site (see screenshot below).
In the rare situation that our testing site is temporarily down, there will be a message on your dashboard and/or the option to take the test will be disabled.
