Please follow the guidelines below when taking the test to ensure a seamless experience:
- Only access the exam from one computer and one browser
- Ensure you have a consistent internet connection for the 60-minute test
- Be aware that Internet Explorer is not a supported browser; you will need to use Safari, Firefox, Chrome, or Microsoft Edge
- You should refrain from using your browser’s navigation buttons while in the test as this can prematurely end your session
- If you’re unable to connect to the testing site, try a different ISP, turn off your VPN, or disable plug-ins that may be impacting access
- Use the Close Testing Site button in the top righthand corner when leaving the testing site (see screenshot below.)
In the rare situation that our testing site is temporarily down, there will be a message on your dashboard and/or the option to take the test will be disabled.
