Your accounts may need to be combined
It's possible that you were assigned a second account if you recently earned a new certification and it isn't appearing on your dashboard. This can occur when a trainer adds you to their roster using a different email address instead of the one your first Scrum Alliance account was associated with.
We're happy to investigate— please reach out to our support team. In the event that your accounts need to be merged so that all of your certifications appear on your profile, we'll need the following details:
- The email address and/or certificant ID associated with each account
- Which email address you would like to use going forward
Your trainer hasn't activated your certification yet
Scrum Alliance trainers and training partners are responsible for activating their students for their certification after completion of the course. If you haven't received a notification email from Scrum Alliance after recently finishing a course, you may need to contact the trainer or training provider who delivered your class.
Your advanced or CSP-level certification hasn't been activated yet
If you recently completed an advanced or CSP-level course (e.g. A-CSM, CSP-SM, A-CSPO) and notice it displaying as inactive on your dashboard, you may not have met the work experience requirement. Please see this article for instructions on validating your work experience: How do I add work experience for my advanced or CSP-level certification?
If you have recently taken an advanced or CSP-level course and don't see your certification at all, you may need to contact the trainer or training partner who delivered your class.
Only Scrum Alliance certifications and microcredentials will appear on your profile
Credentials from other scrum certification bodies cannot be added and will not appear on your Scrum Alliance account. At this time, only certifications and microcredentials earned from Scrum Alliance will be displayed on your profile.
