On-demand microcredential courses purchased directly from Scrum Alliance are non-refundable except under the following circumstances:
- If a technical issue on Scrum Alliance's end prevents you from accessing or completing the course and cannot be resolved following reasonable efforts by Scrum Alliance support, you're eligible for a refund.
- If you accidentally purchased the same on-demand course twice in the same language, you're eligible for a refund for the duplicate purchase.
Where eligible, refunds must be requested by contacting the support team within two weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase. If you've consumed more than 10% of the course content, you will not be eligible for a refund.
