A Certified Team Coach has experience with many teams across large products or multiple departments or programs, has a basic coaching mindset, and has intermediate coaching skills.
A Certified Enterprise Coach has additional experience with organizational transformation, leadership coaching, and advanced coaching techniques.
The basic difference between the two credentials is the scope of applied coaching. A CTC applies coaching skills at a level above and beyond a single team — multiple teams, cross-department, program. A CEC applies coaching skills at the organizational transformation level as well, thus including management and executive coaching.
There are many other differences between these two certifications. You can see a summary of these here.
